The Westbridge Hotel Stratford - London

Good hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Greatly enjoyed the stay here and I would book here again. In general, the hotel was perfectly clean. The room was always kept very clean and available with flower petals, a large bed and air conditioning. The staff were very efficient and outstandingly helpful, tried to make the stay a good experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a really warm welcome. Room was lovely and easy transport links.

The eating facilities were a bit basic. Lame baguettes with sliced cheese and cakes looked a bit old. The breakfast was a bit mad. A help yourself jobbie in a far too small room with partially obstructed doors. No hot food (which was fine as we knew in advance) but basics (weetabix) missing and stock not replaced. We came down late once at 9.45am to no semi skimmed milk, broken coffee machine and no brown bread for toast and nobody to ask.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with high-speed Wi-Fi available for a seamless online experience while just a short walk from the Underground station.

Very clean - water in the rooms and tea and coffee in the rooms - no extra charge for water. Friendly staff. Close to rail links.

The breakfast was varied and hearty with quality ingredients and all the food was fine. The location was great, close to all travel links into London centre, good value in contrast to other hotels. We truly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.

I had a lovely stay with gorgeous interiors, a fantastic shower, and a well-stocked refreshments area. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch! I would book this place again.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was modern...

The beds were comfy and each perfect and welcoming room had a work desk, a multi-channel TV and ironing facilities.

When I switched aircon to have silent night the noise was still there ( out of order ??) . Finally I decided to leave it switeched on.

The Westbridge hotel brings to mind a time when the hospitality business was about more than just turning profit. Hotel staff were respectful, helpful and very friendly. The room I stayed in was fully equipped, comfortable and very clean. With little gestures like chocolates on your pillow and cookies by the tea and coffee facilities, you are made to feel well looked after and valuable. I would definitely visit again and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, yet the room was well-designed and spacious.

The staff were fantastic. , we needed to leave our luggage as we were going to the paralympics on checkout day . They did not have a luggage facility but were happy to hold the luggage in the manager office. We were in a suit e and the only minor complaint was the bathroom was to small for a bath and would have been better with a shower. But apart from that everything else was great .
